All Academy players will take part in a Strength & Conditioning programme as part of the training sessions. The sessions are specifically and safely designed by our S&C Lead, for each age group, factoring in the range of ability levels that will be present. The Strength & Conditioning sessions meet an important requirement of youth player development, to ensure the players can consistently perform without sustaining potentially debilitating injuries, by increasing their physical capabilities.
