One On One Sessions

BDFA offers individualised one on one training sessions. These sessions are aimed at players of all abilities and all ages. The focus of the training is centred around a plan agreed between the player, coach and parent based on areas for development identified through a formulated development questionnaire. There are 3 defined areas for our one on one sessions and they are; Skill Development, Physical Conditioning and Goalkeeping. Click below for more….
